Yacht and Boat Project Photography

Thank you for stopping by my boatbuilding site. I am currently documenting the progress of some yacht and boat projects at different yards along Maine's mid-coast, from Southport Island to Rockport. I provide photographic services to boat yards that either produce new vessels or those who provide restoration and repair.

If a yacht or boat needs disassembly I photograph in detail the areas, in multiple angles, that are to be disassembled, to provide necessary information for a quick re-assembly. I produce an easy reference notebook with tabs to specific areas. Matching tag codes on parts and corrosponding photo codes in this album will keep similar looking pieces in the proper places, saving costly delays when trying to decide if this part goes here or not.

I also provide a detailed photo album of a project as it progresses from beginning to launch. This album makes a powerful sales tool to provide potential customers insite to your yards capabilities. It also provides information to surveyers assessing valuation of a yacht or boat. The components installed, and the method under which they were installed, is photographically documented.

These photo galleries are a great place for the owners of these vessels to be able to see what may be described to them on a specific job or phase of the project. Having these images online gives a clear picture of the ongoing project and could aid an owner or captain in decision making process from their home or office.
